In response to a positively Orwellian TV commercial produced by the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, the National Republican Trust (NRT) PAC has released a spoof version attacking Democratic congressional candidate Mark Critz, who is running to fill the House seat (PA-12) previously held by the late Rep.
